ROCKLAND (CBS) – An armed theft led to a police standoff at a house in Rockland Tuesday afternoon. The suspect finally surrendered, strolling out of the house with a child in his arms. Police consider the suspect could also be linked to the same crime earlier this month.
Police say due to that current armed theft, they had been near the Church Road space and in a position to shortly reply when somebody referred to as 911.
