Man ‘Dressed Like A Pirate’ Charged With Breaking Into Manchester-By-The-Sea House

MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA (CBS) – A Manchester-By-The-Sea man was arrested over the weekend after a girl instructed police an individual dressed as a pirate broke into her home whereas she was sleeping.

It occurred simply earlier than 9 p.m. on Sunday on Raymond Avenue.
